I am Natalie Shahar, a licensed marriage and family therapist. I graduated from Palo Alto University with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology.
Throughout my career and personal life, I have always been passionate about developing deep connections with others, believing this is an essential need for all humans.
I view therapy as an opportunity for self-exploration and growth.
In my work I strive to create a safe and supportive space for my clients, utilizing an integrative approach to therapy, while being attuned to my client's needs.
My approach is compassionate, curious, and strength-based. In my work I use a wide range of modalities such as CBT, DBT, and person-centered (humanistic) approach. I believe we all have the power within us to thrive. Together, we can unburden the challenging emotions you are carrying with you.
